Built for one studio first
Studio Bolster started at Renegade Yoga in Knoxville, Tennessee. The owner wasn't looking for software. She was looking for her evenings back.
Subs were found in a GroupMe chat. Someone would post, a few people would see it, and the rest of the night went to texting teachers one at a time. The studio inbox filled up after hours with the same questions: what to bring, where to park, how to freeze a membership. And nobody could say for sure which classes paid for the teacher and the rent.
WellnessLiving ran the booking and the billing fine. It just didn't do any of that. Switching to another system meant moving every member and every card, and nobody wanted that.
So she built the missing pieces on top of WellnessLiving: a page for each teacher with a sub button, a report that shows each class's profit after pay and rent, a front desk that answers from the studio's own policies, and a way for teachers to promote their own classes with the owner's OK. Renegade's teachers use it every week.
Studio Bolster is those same tools, set up for other studios.
