Draft. These terms are waiting on the owner's review and the final company name. Founding studios will get a written agreement before they're billed.

These terms cover studiobolster.com and the Studio Bolster service, run by Studio Bolster LLC ("we").

This website

You can read and share the pages on this site. Please don't copy the site's design or screenshots to sell something else. The screens shown use Juniper Yoga, a made-up studio; its names and numbers are invented.

The service

  • Studio Bolster is an add-on to a studio's own WellnessLiving account. The studio needs WellnessLiving and its API add-on, which WellnessLiving bills separately.
  • Plans are priced per location, per month, as shown on the pricing page. Setup is a one-time fee, waived on annual billing.
  • The studio owns its data. We use it only to run the service for that studio.
  • The studio approves its policies, and every post, before they're used or published.
  • Front desk answers come from the studio's policies. The studio is responsible for keeping those policies accurate.
  • Features listed as "coming" aren't part of any plan until they're released.

WellnessLiving

Studio Bolster is independent. It isn't made, endorsed or supported by WellnessLiving. If WellnessLiving changes or limits its API, some features may change.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service running and the numbers right, but it's provided as is. Class profit and pay figures are estimates built from WellnessLiving data and the studio's settings. Check pay against your payroll before you pay anyone.
