Questions studio owners ask
Do I have to leave WellnessLiving?
No. Studio Bolster sits on top of your WellnessLiving account. Your members, memberships, card details, waivers and booking stay in WellnessLiving. Nobody has to re-enter anything.
What does WellnessLiving need to turn on?
The API add-on, which WellnessLiving charges $19 a month for. Access is set up per studio through your WellnessLiving account manager. We walk you through it; it's usually one email from you.
Who sees teacher pay?
Each teacher sees only their own pay and their own classes. You see everyone's. Teachers never see another teacher's pay or your rent.
Does anything post without me?
No. Every post a teacher makes, and every event post drafted for you, waits on your Marketing page until you approve it.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your WellnessLiving data never left WellnessLiving, so nothing there changes. What Studio Bolster keeps (your pay rules, policies, inbox replies and uploaded photos) can be exported for you, and is deleted after you cancel.
Do my teachers need an app?
No. The Teacher Portal is a web page. They sign in with a 6-digit code we email them. On an iPhone they can add it to the home screen so it opens like an app.
Does it work with Mindbody?
Not yet. It's built for WellnessLiving today. If you're on Mindbody or something else, sign up anyway: it tells us where to go next.
Who answers the front desk messages?
The front desk answers common questions from the policies you approve. Refunds, complaints, injuries and legal questions always go to a person.
How much does it cost?
$68 a month per location for each part (Teachers, Front desk, Marketing), or $188 for all three. Founding studios pay half for the first year. See pricing.

We're taking a small group of WellnessLiving studios first. You get Studio Bolster at half price for twelve months. In return you tell us what works and what doesn't, and give us a quote we can use once you're happy.
